Diego finally decided to skip the last tournaments for this season. It was better for him to stop now, before getting too seriously injuried. As the season was long and hard for every player, it’s time now to get some real rest before coming back full of energy and positive vibes ! We’ll have to be patient until next year.

This event will take place at the Centro International de Tenis in Buenos Aires in December. This Clinic will be leaded by Oky Rodriguez, Hernan Suarez and Martin Veraldi. During this day, Diego will answer questions from tennis players from different ages and levels and will give an autograph session.

Another rainy day in Buenos Aires… It began to rain again just before Diego’s match ! Let’s cross our fingers that the sun comes out again today…

It finally came out…  Maybe it should have not ?

I guess that our Dieguitas did their best to cheer for our Gato but the other Diego - Junqueira - ended with a victory by 6/2 and 7/5.  

Due to rain, rain and rain again in Buenos Aires, most of the first round matches have been post-poned to Wednesday. Diego will play vs Junqueira on Court #6, not before noon. Let’s hope the sun will shine a little bit more today…

Diego was training with Luis Horna yesterday,  so it is a good sign regarding his injury. He’s getting ready for the first round vs Junqueira. He’ll play on Tuesday at 12.30 am on Center Court. Vamos Dieguito !

Matches are suspended due to rain…  

Argentina is the last tournament of the Copa Petrobras before the “Champions’ tournament” in Santiago (Chile).

The main draw is out and Diego will face Diego “Chucky” Junqueira in the first round. It is not confirmed yet that Diego can play, due to his injury…
